How does the 30-day trial work?

The trial is on Essentials. Create an account, set up your brand in the wizard, and add a card to start it. Nothing is charged for 30 days. We email you 14 days and 3 days before it ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. After that it's €99 a month plus VAT.

How does the early bird work?

Start Essentials by 30 November 2026, or be a customer already, and your workspace moves to Studio free for 12 months from the day Studio launches. You keep paying the Essentials price of €99 a month, and we'll email you when it's switched on.

What does 'price fixed for 12 months' mean?

The €99 Essentials price is guaranteed for your first 12 months, whatever we charge new customers later. The commitment is ours, not yours: you stay month to month and can cancel any time.

What's the difference between Essentials and Studio?

Studio is everything in Essentials plus video: short videos designed in your brand, planned into the month alongside the graphics. It's coming soon at €149 a month.

How does Managed work?

Our team runs spairc for you. We gather your news each month, write and design the posts, make the edits and schedule everything. You look over the calendar and approve it, so nothing goes out without your say-so. There's no trial on Managed: email Sean and we'll talk through what your business needs.

Is there a limit on posts?

Essentials and Studio include 60 generations a month. Every post spairc writes and designs counts as one, and so does each redo of a caption or a graphic. A typical month uses 12 to 16, which leaves plenty of room for one-off posts and second goes. The count resets on the 1st.

Is VAT included?

No. Like most business software, prices are quoted ex VAT. Irish businesses pay 23% VAT on top, so Essentials is €121.77 a month, which you reclaim as normal if you're VAT-registered. VAT-registered businesses elsewhere in the EU enter their VAT number at checkout and are reverse-charged, so they pay €99. Stripe works out the right rate from your billing address and itemises it on every invoice.

Is there a contract or set-up fee?

Not on Essentials or Studio: no set-up fee and no minimum term. Your card is charged monthly once the trial ends, and you can cancel any time. Managed is agreed with you directly.

In Ireland? Ask about the Grow Digital Voucher

Irish businesses may qualify for the Local Enterprise Office's Grow Digital Voucher, which covers 50% of digital costs up to €5,000. That brings Essentials to about €50 a month ex VAT, and if that's you, we'll help with the paperwork.

What if I have more than one brand?

Pricing is per brand. If you run more than one business or brand, talk to us and we'll sort something sensible.
